| 1. Utilization Purpose of Personally Identifiable Information |

Executive Committee of Nano Bio Expo & sectetariat may use the collected personally identifiable information in such cases as the following
- To deliver various printed literature, such as confirmation of your application to the exhibition, conference, seminar, other services, and invitation letters, etc.
- To charge booth fee of the exhibition and conference fee, etc. you applied for, and to confirm your payments.
- To confirm your application for mail news services, and to run mail news delivery.
- To give some information on and invite attendance for those exhibitions, conferences, and seminars organized by or associated with nano tech executive committee, which we presume you may be interested in or your business outline may fit into.
- To ask you to cooperate with our various kinds of research work or to participate in the events we plan, and to release reports on the outcome.
- To make improvements on the contents of exhibitions, conferences, seminars and websites so that you will be more satisfied.
- To improve various services and to conduct research and organize new exhibitions, seminars and the related services.
- When we may need to contact you by some other reasons.

| 2. Management of Personally Identifiable Information |

Executive Committee of Nano Bio Expo & sectetariat shall conduct necessary security measures to prevent loss, destruction, manipulation and leakage of the collected personally identifiable information, and handle them securely under the strict management
The secretariat may entrust the handling of personally identifiable information to these companies with whom we evaluated as reliable and closed the nondisclosure agreement, within the range of specifically limited operations (construction/management of website, adding up information on visitors by admission badges, data input, printing, packaging, delivery, questionnaire survey, sending the charges, and other necessary operations in supplying other services). However, in any event, such personally identifiable information shall be of minimum necessity for their operation and the released information shall be protected and managed according to our privacy policy.

| 3. Provision and Disclosure of Information to Third Parties |

Executive Committee of Nano Bio Expo & sectetariat shall not provide any personally identifiable information we collected to third parties, without your permission. We also do not render any such services as to bring you any information from any specific enterprises/association, or sell lists of exhibitors/visitors to others. However, we may disclose some information only in cases of the following
- When we need to confirm bank accounts and authentication procedures of credit cards with banking establishments where exchange of personal information is inevitable, upon settlement of exhibition fee, paid seminars, conference fee, and various services usage fee.
- When we are obliged to disclose and provide personally identifiable information by law.
- When we justify it is needed to protect rights/property/security of yourself, nano tech executive committee & secretariat and its concerned parties.

| 4. Alteration/Discontinuance of Use of Registered Information |

| Your personal and private information can either be added, altered, amended, deleted, or discontinued as appropriate upon your request. Executive Committee of Nano Bio Expo & sectetariat shall continuously confirm the content of the collected personally identifiable information for the purpose of managing them to be accurate and updated, and we will do the necessary upon any of above requests are made by you. We will accept such requests as any alteration/discontinuance of use of personally identifiable information, through the contact address shown on the various information materials and on the website.
